Who Can Join?
DPL Federal Credit Union membership is available to employees of Conectiv, Del Card, DPL/Conectiv Retirees and immediate family members which is defined as:
Family members in the household are defined as related persons by blood, marriage, or other recognized family relationships in the same household, or, if not in the same household, a grandparent, parent, spouse, sibling, child, or grandchild. This also includes stepparents, stepchildren, and stepsiblings.
DPL Federal Credit Union maintains the policy of "once a member, always a member." This means if you leave your employer you can continue to maintain your account with us.
